Terms and Conditions

Moonglow offers the following payment methods for online orders:

• Payment on the website – PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Up Cadou or card (including LiberCard and Gama cards);
• Pickup from any store – online payment by bank card or PayPal;
• Cash or card on delivery – Chisinau: pay in cash or by bank card on delivery. Orders delivered within the Republic of Moldova can be paid by card online or in cash on delivery.

BeautyCoins are Moonglow’s own reward currency, created to give loyal customers the opportunity to purchase unique and one-of-a-kind products.

BeautyCoins are electronic notes awarded for orders placed online.

The available denominations are 10 (electronic format only), 20 and 40 BeautyCoins.

When purchasing certain amounts, our customers receive a corresponding number of BeautyCoins:

550 MDL – 20 BeautyCoins
950 MDL – 40 BeautyCoins
1500 MDL – 60 BeautyCoins
1900 MDL – 80 BeautyCoins
2500 MDL – 100 BeautyCoins
2950 MDL – 120 BeautyCoins
3500 MDL – 140 BeautyCoins

Our customers can also earn BeautyCoins for reviews written on the website for products previously purchased online.*

For each review posted on the website, you receive 10 BeautyCoins.

All products and services that can be purchased with BeautyCoins are listed in the “BeautyCoin” category in the “Menu” and can only be purchased online.

Please note: stock of each product is limited!

Once you’ve made sure you have collected enough BeautyCoins to purchase a particular product from the “BeautyCoin” category, add it to your cart** and place an online order that also includes products paid for with real money.

Electronic BeautyCoins are deducted from the customer’s personal account.***

A referral link is a unique link whose clicks let you earn rewards for eligible orders placed on the Moonglow website.

The reward is a one-time 2% cashback on the order amount for the person who used the link (converted into BeautyCoins). And you’ll receive 4% cashback on the order amount (converted into BeautyCoins) for every unique user who makes a purchase through your link.

How to use BeautyCoins rewards?

1. Convert at a rate of 2 BeautyCoins = 1 MDL;
2. Convert at a rate of 1000 BeautyCoins = 700 MDL;
3. Buy unique items from the BeautyCoin category on the Moonglow website.

Accumulated BeautyCoins do not expire.

Moonglow reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of promotions, discounts and rewards.

The birthday promo code is generated automatically and sent to your email address only if all 3 conditions are met:

1. You have a personal profile on the Moonglow website;
2. You have correctly filled in and saved your date of birth and email address in “Personal details” in your profile;
3. You filled in and saved your date of birth and email address in advance, at least 10 days before your birthday.

If any of these conditions is not met, the promo code will not be generated or sent to your email address. Please check all folders of your email inbox, including Spam.

The birthday promo code gives you a -20% discount on one online purchase or one in-store purchase.

The promo code is sent to the email address in your profile and is valid for only 14 calendar days from the day you receive the email.

For online purchases, type or copy the promo code from the email and paste it into the “Promo code” field in your shopping cart before proceeding to payment. The promo code must be entered in full (from the first letter to the last digit).

For in-store purchases, show the email to our consultants and wait while they check that the promo code is valid.

The use of your personal data complies with the rules set out on the “Privacy and Cookie Policy” page.

We deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova, except for Transnistria.

Delivery within Chisinau (including from Moonglow stores) is free for orders over 199 MDL.
For orders up to 199 MDL, delivery costs 50 MDL.

Delivery within the Republic of Moldova outside Chisinau: 75 MDL for orders up to 450 MDL; free for orders from 450 MDL.

Delivery time in Chisinau is 24–36 hours on business days. * Orders placed before 10:00 will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 will be delivered the next day. * Does not apply during promotions and sales.

*During special periods (holidays, sales campaigns), delivery may take longer than usual.

Express Delivery (Fast-delivery). If you need urgent delivery within 2–3 hours in Chisinau, select the Express Delivery (Fast-delivery) option when placing your order, and an extra 100 MDL will be added to the total.

*Important: delivery within Chisinau is available only on business days for orders placed between 9:00 and 15:00.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after 15:00 are processed on the next business day.

Orders within the Republic of Moldova can also be sent as a parcel through our partner, Posta Moldovei.

International delivery:

Available delivery options: express courier services, road transport, or via acquaintances or relatives in Chisinau who can pass the order on to you. We will contact you to agree on the delivery method and to confirm when your order is ready. You will need to pay an additional fee depending on the parcel’s weight.

Please note! In some cases, the customs authorities in your country of residence may apply customs clearance procedures. Moonglow cannot influence this and is not responsible for any additional payments or fees charged by customs authorities in your country. If you refuse to collect the parcel with your order, the cost of returning it will be at your expense.

In Romania, customs clearance is charged for all parcels, starting from 0 euros. In other European Union countries, it is charged for every order from 45 euros. The need for and cost of customs clearance are discussed with our operator.

Products from the BeautyCoin category are not available for MoonDrive delivery.

Returns:

In accordance with Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003, Official Gazette No. 248-253/19.12.2003, Art. 1530, Annex 2, item 4 (as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007, Official Gazette No. 175/09.11.2007), perfumery and cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned.

A gift card is a means of payment that can be used to purchase cosmetics throughout the Moonglow store network; its value is equal to the face value indicated on it.

The gift card must be used in full: the purchase amount must be equal to or greater than its value.

The payment receipt must be presented, except for gift cards bearing the company stamp. Corporate gift cards are stamped upon purchase and are considered valid.

No discounts apply when purchasing a gift card!
When redeeming a gift card, you can benefit from discounts (by presenting your Moonglow card) or current promotions.

Gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

*Gift cards issued in Tiraspol and Comrat cannot be used in stores in Chisinau, and vice versa.

Discounts are valid online only.

Discounts over 14% are applied to the original price of the products, online only. Discounts cannot be combined.

Advent calendars are limited-stock, special-edition products and are not eligible for discounts, including discount cards.

We reserve the right to update or change these special terms.

Moonglow encourages authentic and detailed customer reviews that ensure transparency and the sharing of real, relevant information about products, services and experiences, helping other users make the best possible choice.

Reviews also give us valuable feedback from our customers, which allows us to continuously improve our services and your experience with us, getting better every day.

Each review will be rewarded only if the customer purchased the product online.
Once a review is submitted, it is first approved by an administrator, and then the points* are added to your personal account.

We suggest the following structure for your review:

• Age;
• Skin type (face / body / scalp) or hair type;
• Climate / season;
• Duration of use;
• Your experience with the product.

General Rules for Promotional Campaigns

Moonglow may periodically run promotional campaigns, sales, special offers, contests, loyalty programs or other commercial benefits, under the conditions displayed on the website or communicated through the company’s official channels.

Each promotion applies only during the stated period, to the products or categories specified and while stocks last. Moonglow does not guarantee the availability of participating products for the entire duration of the campaign.

Promotions may have their own participation rules, minimum order values, excluded products, limited validity periods or other special conditions. Customers are responsible for checking the promotion details before placing an order.

Moonglow reserves the right to modify, suspend or end a promotion for justified reasons.

Free Gift Campaigns

In certain campaigns, Moonglow may offer free gifts when specific conditions are met, such as reaching a minimum order value, purchasing participating products or placing an order within a set period.

Free gifts are offered while stocks last and in accordance with the campaign rules.

If the order value falls below the required minimum threshold as a result of cancelling or returning some products, the customer may lose the right to the free gift.

If an order for which a free gift was provided is returned in full, the customer must also return the free gift in its original condition: unused, undamaged and, where applicable, sealed.

Moonglow reserves the right to cancel promotional benefits, free gifts or orders if it detects attempted fraud, abuse of promotions, the creation of multiple accounts or other actions that violate the campaign rules.

Fraud and Abuse

Free gifts offered as part of promotional campaigns cannot be ordered, reserved, added to the cart or claimed separately unless the campaign conditions are met.

The right to receive a free gift arises only when the order fully complies with the promotion rules, including the minimum value, eligible products, validity period and other conditions communicated by Moonglow.

If a customer tries to order or obtain a product intended exclusively for a promotional campaign without meeting its conditions, Moonglow reserves the right to remove that product from the order, modify the order, refuse to deliver the free gift or cancel the order, with no obligation to provide the promotional product or any other compensation.
