Yes. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Moldova within 2–3 working days. Delivery is free for orders from 450 MDL and costs 75 MDL for smaller orders. Parcels can also be sent via Poșta Moldovei. We ship internationally too, including to Romania and the European Union. The cost depends on the parcel weight and is agreed with our operator.

Yes. If you added products to your cart but didn’t complete your order, we will send you a -16% promo code by e-mail. Use it to complete the order from your saved cart: open your cart, enter the code in the “Promo code” field and place your order.

On your birthday you get a -20% promo code. We send it by e-mail 7 days before your birthday, and it is valid for 14 days. You can use it online or in MoonGlow stores: just show it at the checkout on your phone or in the e-mail.

Online, you can pay with any Visa or Mastercard (including LiberCard and Gama cards), MIA, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Up Cadou. You can pay the courier in cash or by card. Orders for store pickup must be paid online.

Yes. The consultation is free in any MoonGlow store and online in the website chat. Our cosmetologist-consultants identify your skin and hair type and build a morning and evening routine for you. In our stores we also use devices for skin and scalp analysis.

On the website, every product already has a 14% discount, valid online only. In our physical stores you get your loyalty-card discount. If you bring an empty package for recycling, you get an extra 3% off, or 5% if you don’t have a loyalty card.

Beautycoin is MoonGlow’s in-house currency, our way of rewarding your loyalty.

How to earn Beautycoin:

• with online orders, depending on the order value: for example, 20 Beautycoin for a 550 MDL order and up to 400 Beautycoin for a 9,950 MDL order;
• for reviews of products you have purchased.

How to use Beautycoin:
