Discounts are valid online only. In our physical stores, the discount is applied when your discount card is scanned, and if you bring in a container for recycling, you get an extra 3%, or 5% if you don't have a discount card.

Of course! You can pay for your online order with a gift card. Just enter its value in the comment field at checkout, and our operator will recalculate the total.

Delivery in Chisinau takes 24–36 hours and is free for orders from 199 MDL. Outside the city, delivery takes 2–3 business days and is free for orders from 450 MDL; for orders under 450 MDL, it costs 75 MDL.

What they are. BeautyCoins are our own reward currency, which you can use to buy skincare products exclusively from the “BEAUTYCOIN” category on our website.

How to earn them. For every 550 MDL spent online, you receive BeautyCoins in your Moonglow account. The higher your order value, the more BeautyCoins you earn.

How to use them. Add products from the “BEAUTYCOIN” category to your cart and, at checkout, pay with the BeautyCoins available in your account.

Paper BeautyCoins → electronic. If you have paper BeautyCoins, we can convert them into electronic BeautyCoins in your account. Just message us in the online chat and a consultant will convert them quickly.

Yes. At Moonglow, you'll find 100% original Korean cosmetics. All valid certificates are available on our website (we can also send them on request).

It's rare, but sometimes the out of stock status doesn't update instantly. The system may show a product as available, but when the order is processed, it turns out to be sold out. Because of this sync delay, the product may be out of stock. We'll refund you for the missing product or offer a replacement with a similar product.

The 18% discount is given once to new Moonglow customers on their first order.

Sign up on the Moonglow website with a valid email address. Within a few minutes, you'll receive your promo code by email. If it doesn't arrive, check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders.

Add products to your cart and go to checkout → enter the code in the “Promo code” field → click “Apply”. (The 18% is calculated from the product's original price.)
