Delivery in Chisinau is free for orders over 199 MDL. Smaller orders cost 50 MDL to deliver. Your order arrives within 24–36 hours on business days. If you need it urgently, choose Express Delivery: 2–3 hours for an extra 100 MDL, for orders placed between 9:00 and 15:00 on business days.

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Moldova within 2–3 business days. Delivery is free for orders from 450 MDL, and smaller orders cost 75 MDL to deliver. Parcels can also be sent via Posta Moldovei. We also ship abroad, including to Romania and the European Union. The cost depends on the parcel's weight, and our operator will confirm it with you.

You can get the -18% promo code in two ways:

• Create an account on moonglow.md. Sign up with a valid email address and you'll receive your code by email within a few minutes.
• Subscribe to the Moonglow CLUB newsletter. Enter your email address in the subscription field on the site and you'll receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm your subscription, you'll get your discount code right away.

Enter the code at checkout in the “Promo code” field and click “Apply”. The discount is calculated from the original price of the products, is valid online only and cannot be combined with other promotions. If you can't find the email, check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Yes. If you've added products to your cart but haven't completed your order, we'll email you a -16% promo code. Use it to complete the order from your saved cart: open your cart, enter the code in the “Promo code” field and place your order.

For your birthday, you get a -20% promo code. We'll email it to you 7 days before your birthday, and it's valid for 14 days. You can use it for online purchases.

To receive the code, fill in and confirm your date of birth in your profile on moonglow.md. If you can't find the email, check your Spam and Promotions folders or message us in the chat on our website.

Online, you can pay with any Visa or Mastercard (including LiberCard and Gama cards), via MIA, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Up Cadou. You can pay the courier in cash or by card. Store pickup orders can only be paid online.

Yes. Consultations are free in any Moonglow store and online, in the chat on our website. Our cosmetologist consultants will determine your skin and hair type and put together a morning and evening routine for you. In our stores, we also use devices to analyze your skin and scalp.

On our website, all products already come with a 14% discount, valid online only. In our physical stores, you get your loyalty card discount. If you bring in an empty package for recycling, you get an extra 3% off, or 5% if you don't have a loyalty card.

BeautyCoins are Moonglow's own reward currency, created to thank you for your loyalty.

How to earn BeautyCoins:

• with online orders, based on the order value: for example, 20 BeautyCoins for a 550 MDL order and up to 400 BeautyCoins for a 9,950 MDL order;
• for reviews of products you've purchased.

How to use BeautyCoins:

• Buy products from the “BeautyCoin” category. Add them to your cart and pay with BeautyCoins at checkout.
